Every MAZZME patch is listed here with its key ingredients and the precautions that apply to it. Please read this page and the pouch label before first use. The full ingredient list is printed on each pouch.

How the patches work

MAZZME patches are topical patches worn on clean, dry, intact skin for 8–12 hours. Ingredients are released gradually from the patch onto the skin during wear. Absorption varies from person to person and depends on the ingredient, skin type, placement and wear time. Our patches are wellness products for external use, not medicines: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for sleep, nutrition, training, rest or medical care.

How to use

• Apply one patch per day to clean, dry, hairless skin. The upper arm, shoulder or upper back work well. Do not use lotion or oil on the area first.
• Press firmly for 10 seconds. Wear for up to 12 hours, then remove and discard. Do not reuse a patch.
• Rotate placement daily to give the skin a rest.
• Before the first use of any new patch, do a patch test: wear a patch for 1–2 hours and check the skin for redness or itching.
• Avoid prolonged soaking (baths, swimming, sauna) while wearing a patch.

General warnings

• For external use only. For adults aged 18 and over.
• Do not apply to broken, irritated, sunburned or freshly shaved skin, or over wounds, rashes or eczema.
• Stop use and remove the patch if redness, itching, burning or a rash develops. Mild redness where a patch was removed usually fades within an hour. If irritation persists, consult a doctor.
• Do not use if you are allergic to any listed ingredient or to adhesives. Some patches contain botanical fragrance components (lavender, rose, sandalwood, rosemary, menthol) that can cause skin sensitivity.
• Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant or nursing, under medical treatment, taking medication (especially sedatives, antidepressants, blood thinners, blood pressure or thyroid medication), or have a medical condition such as epilepsy or heart, liver or kidney disease.
• Do not use heating pads, electric blankets or direct sun on the patch area. Heat can increase skin absorption.
• Do not wear more than one patch of the same type at a time.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store in a cool, dry place in the sealed pouch, away from direct sunlight. Use before the date printed on the pouch.
• Used patches still contain ingredients. Fold the sticky side inwards and dispose of in household waste.

Our patches

SLEEP

Key ingredients: L-Tryptophan, Magnesium Glycinate, L-Theanine, GABA, Valerian Root, Chamomile, Passionflower, Jujube Seed, Hops, Lavender, Sandalwood, Rose.

Apply 30–60 minutes before bed and remove in the morning. May cause drowsiness: do not drive or operate machinery while wearing. Do not combine with sleep medication, sedatives or alcohol without medical advice. Contains botanical fragrance components.

ENERGY

Key ingredients: Guarana Seed Extract, B-Complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12), Taurine, Inositol.

Apply in the morning and remove by early evening so it does not interfere with sleep. Guarana contains naturally occurring caffeine: if you are sensitive to caffeine, have high blood pressure or a heart condition, or are pregnant, consult a doctor first. Do not combine with other stimulants.

FOCUS

Key ingredients: B-Complex (B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, B12), Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Lion's Mane, Panax Ginseng, L-Theanine, Magnesium Bisglycinate.

Apply in the morning. Panax Ginseng may interact with blood thinners and with diabetes or blood pressure medication; consult a doctor if this applies to you. Not recommended during pregnancy.

DOPAMINE

Key ingredients: L-Tyrosine, Rhodiola Rosea, L-Theanine, Vitamin B6.

Apply in the morning. Do not use with MAO inhibitors or thyroid medication, or if you have hyperthyroidism, without medical advice. Not recommended during pregnancy.

RELAX

Key ingredients: L-Theanine, GABA, Ashwagandha, Saffron Extract, Magnesium Chloride, Lavender Oil, Menthol.

Wear whenever you want to slow down. May cause mild drowsiness. Ashwagandha is not recommended during pregnancy or with thyroid medication. Contains menthol and lavender oil: do not apply near the eyes or mucous membranes.

RECOVERY

Key ingredients: Glucosamine, Chondroitin Sulfate, MSM, Vitamin C, Curcumin, White Willow Bark, Menthol, Camphor.

Cooling patch. Apply directly to the area that needs it, such as the shoulder, back or thigh. Contains menthol and camphor: do not apply to broken or irritated skin or near the eyes, do not use with heating pads, and wash your hands after handling. White Willow Bark is a natural source of salicylates: do not use if you are allergic to aspirin or salicylates, if you take blood thinners, or during pregnancy or nursing. If you have a shellfish allergy, check the glucosamine source on the pouch label.

ELITE

Key ingredients: Menthol, Ginger Root, Arnica Montana, Rosemary Leaf, Panthenol, Aloe Vera.

Cooling botanical patch for training days. Contains menthol: not for broken skin, near the eyes, or with heat. Arnica is for external use only; do not apply to open wounds. Manufactured on a production line free of WADA-prohibited substances. Athletes subject to anti-doping testing remain responsible for checking the full ingredient list against current WADA rules.

HER

Key ingredients: Valerian Root, Baikal Skullcap, Centella Asiatica, Damiana Leaf, Oat Seed, Ginger Root, Cramp Bark.

Not for use during pregnancy, while nursing, or when trying to conceive. May cause mild drowsiness. Consult a doctor if you use hormonal medication or have a hormone-sensitive condition.

Materials and allergens

• Non-woven fabric backing with a skin-safe, hypoallergenic, latex-free adhesive.
• Vegan and cruelty-free.
• Botanical extracts and essential oils can contain naturally occurring fragrance allergens (for example linalool, limonene, geraniol). See the ingredient list on the pouch.
