30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Your first order on mazzme.com is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
- The 30 days start on the day your order is delivered.
- You may open and try one pack of each product you ordered. Any additional packs of the same product must remain sealed.
- You do not need to send used patches back. Unopened packs must be returned.
- To claim, email hello@mazzme.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive your return (or your claim, if nothing needs to be returned).
- The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first order only.
- If your guarantee claim is approved and you have a subscription, your remaining subscription commitment is cancelled without any penalty or clawback.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases and your rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods.
Statutory right of withdrawal and returns
Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, email returns@mazzme.com within that period with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to.
Products that cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal. For hygiene and health protection reasons, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to patches whose sealed pouch has been opened. This does not limit the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee above, which lets you open and try one pack of each product on your first order.
Returning products. Return unopened products to us within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for the products until they reach us; we recommend a tracked service. We will refund the product price and the standard outbound shipping cost to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned products (or proof that you have sent them). Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Damaged or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email returns@mazzme.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Legal guarantee. Under EU law you have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is defective, contact us and we will replace or refund it.
Subscriptions. The right of withdrawal applies to the first delivery of a subscription. After the 14-day period, subscriptions are governed by our Subscription Terms.
