30-day guarantee

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your mazzme patches, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@mazzme.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will reply with the next steps within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5-10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, send us a photo and your order number and we will send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
