Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through mazzme.com (the "Store") and to your use of the Store. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Store is operated by SIA MAZZME, a limited liability company registered in Latvia, registration number 40203765652, registered address Ezermalas iela 27-24, Rīga, LV-1014, Latvia ("MAZZME", "we", "us"). Contact: support@mazzme.com.

2. Our products

  • MAZZME patches are topical wellness products for external use on intact skin. They are not medicines or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Read our Ingredients & Safety page and the pouch label before use. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
  • Products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18.

3. Orders and contract

  • Product presentations in the Store are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
  • We may decline or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing or stock errors, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to your address. Any payment already made will be refunded in full.
  • Please check your order details and shipping address before submitting. Contact us immediately if something needs correcting.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in EUR and include VAT at the rate applicable in your country of delivery, unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order.
  • For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, customs fees and local taxes may apply and are your responsibility.
  • Payment methods and timing are described in our Payment Policy. Payment is due at the time of order.

5. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and destinations are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person designated by you, take physical possession of them.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Details, exceptions (including sealed hygiene products that have been opened) and the withdrawal form are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

7. Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are additionally governed by our Subscription Terms, including the commitment period you select at checkout. The Subscription Terms form part of these Terms.

8. Legal guarantee

Consumers in the EU have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is defective or not as described, contact us and we will replace or refund it in accordance with applicable law.

9. Product use and your responsibility

Use products only as directed. Do a patch test before first use. Stop use and remove the patch if irritation occurs. We are not liable for problems arising from misuse, use contrary to the instructions or warnings, or use by persons for whom the product is not intended.

10. Intellectual property

The MAZZME name, logo, product designs, texts, images and all other content of the Store are owned by or licensed to SIA MAZZME and may not be used without our written permission.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

12. Reviews and user content

By submitting a review or other content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the Store and our marketing. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Latvia or, at your choice as a consumer, of your country of residence. You may also contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv) or the consumer dispute resolution body in your own country.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
