These Subscription Terms apply to all subscription purchases made on mazzme.com, operated by SIA MAZZME, registration number 40203765652, Ezermalas iela 27-24, Rīga, LV-1014, Latvia. They form part of our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription plans
MAZZME offers recurring subscription plans with a fixed commitment period, as displayed on the product page and at checkout (for example, 3 monthly deliveries). By selecting a subscription plan and completing checkout, you enter into a binding agreement for the full commitment period.
2. Commitment period
During the commitment period you agree to receive and pay for each scheduled delivery. The subscription cannot be cancelled during the commitment period. You may skip or reschedule a delivery from your account, which extends the commitment period by the number of deliveries skipped; skipping does not reduce the total number of deliveries you have committed to.
3. Billing
Your payment method is charged automatically before each scheduled delivery at the price shown at checkout. The billing date and delivery frequency are displayed in your account, and you receive an email before each charge. Prices for the commitment period are fixed at the time of purchase.
4. Subscription pricing and discounts
Subscription prices are conditional discounts from the one-time purchase price, granted in exchange for the commitment period. Discounts are applied per delivery as shown at checkout. If a subscription ends before the commitment period is completed for any reason other than your statutory right of withdrawal, you forfeit any remaining discounts, and MAZZME reserves the right to charge the difference between the subscription price and the one-time price for deliveries already received.
5. Statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU/EEA you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of receiving the first delivery, without giving a reason. To exercise this right you must notify us in writing at support@mazzme.com within that period, stating your order number. Unopened products must be returned to us within 14 days of your notice, at your own cost, and we will refund the amounts paid for returned products and undelivered deliveries. Products whose sealed pouch has been opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene and health protection reasons and are not refundable. The right of withdrawal applies only within the 14-day period; after that the commitment period in section 2 applies in full.
6. Failed payments
If a scheduled payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you. You remain liable for all deliveries within the commitment period. Unpaid amounts constitute a debt owed to MAZZME and may be referred for collection. We may suspend deliveries until payment is received; suspension does not shorten the commitment period.
7. After the commitment period
Once the commitment period is completed, your subscription continues automatically month to month at the subscription price. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect before the next billing date provided it is submitted at least 3 days prior. Deliveries already billed will be shipped.
8. How to cancel
After the commitment period: log in to your account at mazzme.com, open Subscriptions and select Cancel. During the commitment period, cancellation is not available; you may skip, pause or reschedule deliveries from your account, or contact support@mazzme.com for assistance.
9. Changes
We may change subscription prices or terms for future periods with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes do not apply during an active commitment period. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or the consumer dispute resolution body in your country.
